	The Williams Hall Supporters Club An Investment Opportunity!
Looking ahead to improvements to the hall (which are much needed, such a tarmac finish for the car park) there is a need to secure a revenue stream that is independent of income from lettings.	We have set up a “Williams Hall Supporters” Club which will initially be limited to 100 members. Membership costs £1 a week (payable by direct debit quarterly or annually) and for that the members will participate in a “Top 100” draw four times a year. The income from the Club will be split 40% for prizes and 60% for Hall funds.
With 100 members the prizes at each of the four draws would be £200 (one) £100 (one) and £25 (eight). (In the early days, if we have less than 100 members, the prizes would be reduced proportionally)
The “Williams Hall Lottery” has been licensed by Taunton Deane. A condition of the licence is that the draws must be held in public and be seen to be open and fair. The Trustees felt that an appropriate venue would be at the beginning of Parish Council meetings, and will approach the PC to arrange this. If paying quarterly by standing order Complete standing order with a commencement date of 01.01.2008 and send to Tony with cheque for £13 for first quarter subscription. Payouts at each 3 monthly draw will depend on the number in the Club making payments in the previous 3 months.
