Stoke St Gregory is a working agricultural village of around 1000 people, set on a sandstone ridge very near to the geographical centre of Somerset, England. It sits between Curry Moor, which carries the River Tone to its confluence with the Parrett,  and West Sedgemoor, home to thousands of resident and migrant birds.
