The minutes of the meeting held on Monday 13t^h October 2008 were agreed by all to be a

correct record of that meeting and signed by the Chairman.

36/200/018 Following discussion it was agreed by all to support the application as it is

unobtrusive and does not cause any problems to neighbouring properties.

The meeting was adjourned at 7.40pm to allow a member of the public to explain planning

36/2008/017 Following discussion it was agreed by all to support the application as the

extension will enhance the property. The Council considered a note from a local resident re

drains and it was agreed by all to bring to the attention of TDBC that there was a possibility

of an existing surface drain in the vicinity of the proposed extension which should be

investigated prior to any work commencing to ensure that it does adversely affect

neighbouring properties.

68. Bus Shelter – Woodhill

The Clerk reported on correspondence from TDBC stating that the order had been placed.

69. BT Public callbox proposal

The Chairman reported on correspondence from BT and TDBC, re the Council’s objection to

the removal of the call boxes in the village, stating that average usage was less than 1 call

per week. Following discussion it was agreed by all to take no further action re the

objection.
