If you’ve never tried Pilates before, now is your chance to find out what it’s all about!

There will be a new weekly Pilates class at Williams Hall on Thursdays at 1:30pm starting from January 11th 2018. The classes will be run by Polina, an experienced and fully certified instructor, with the aim to improve the condition of stiff/painful lower backs, hips, necks, knees and joints overall. The classes will include a balanced mixture of abdominal work, flexibility and strengthening, and are also great for promoting relaxation. See more here
