of those people who are disabled are being met.
The Parish Council should convene a ‘patient user group’ in conjunction
with the health centre manager to consider options for improving access especially
for disabled people.
The Parish Council should consider the establishment of a Care Support
Group for those people who look after others particularly the elderly
and disabled.
