The Stoke Stampede will take place this year on Sunday 6th January. The maximum number of 450 runners was reached some time ago, and registration is closed.
The following roads will be closed from 10:30 till 12:30 or a little later:
Dark Lane—From its junction with Church Close to its junction with Church Road.
Church Road—From its junction with Huntham Lane for a distance of 50 metres in a south easterly direction.
Huntham Lane—From its junction with Church Road to its junction with Willey Road.
All roads around Stoke will be busy both before and afterwards as runners and spectators arrive and leave.
