On Tuesday 4th September between 3pm and 8pm a Housing Development Consultation was held in the Williams Hall hosted by West of England Developments. Three alternative schemes were shared which can be seen by clicking on the links below. Following the Consultation Process comments made by the public have been incorporated into the latest proposal. In this the entrance to the development has been moved further down Willey Road to both improve access and to avoid the annoyance of cars existing the development shining headlights in to the houses opposite. In a second significant change the boundary margin between the development and Church Close has been increased from 10 metres to 20 metres as requested by some residents.
