Restorative Yoga – Gentle, supported postures using bolsters (provided) to help your body fully relax and renew. Let tension melt away and come home to yourself. Lion’s Gate Portal Deep Relaxation – Align with the powerful energy of the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal, a cosmic gateway for transformation, higher consciousness, and heart-centred clarity. I’ll guide you into a deep meditative state where you can harness this potent energy to restore inner balance and open to soul-aligned intentions. Aromatic Bliss – Essential oils lovingly massaged onto your temples to soothe your senses and enhance your relaxation experience. Individual Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in the healing tones of C and G tuning forks to soothe the nervous system, followed by the soft cascade of aqua wind chimes—calming and deeply harmonising. Sacred Reflection Time – Sip a dreamy herbal tea and connect with a beautiful Oracle deck for gentle insight and divine guidance as the evening draws to a close.
