The 2024 AMM will be held on Monday 2nd September, at 7pm in the Function Room at the Royal Oak. All Members are very welcome. The agenda can be read here.
The principal business will be to fill a number of vacancies on the Management Committee. According to our rules, two existing Members (Paul Fielding and Ann Woods) need to stand for re-election if they wish to remain on the MC. The full number on the committee is variable, at the discretion of the committee and by agreement with the Members. The Treasurer will also present the Annual Accounts.
