The 2023 AMM will be held on Monday 25th September, at 7pm in the Royal Oak. All Members are very welcome. The agenda can be read here.
The principal business will be to fill three or four vacancies on the Management Committee. According to our rules, three existing Members (John Davison, Graham Gleed and Nick Sloan) need to stand for re-election if they wish to remain on the MC. The full number on the committee is variable, at the discretion of the committee and by agreement with the Members.
The Treasurer will also present the Annual Accounts, which may be read here in advance.
